Summary:
No confirmed form exists for this entity in any account reviewed. This should be treated as a structural feature of the entity's method. Direct manifestation does not occur until after a subject's psychological state has already been broken down, by which point observation is no longer reliable. Any future account claiming to describe a true physical form should be verified with particular scrutiny.
The entity operates through an object rather than a biological body. Consistently a mirror of various forms, cracked corner to corner, with a documented history of relocation between sites rather than attachment to a single area. Initial contact presents through phenomena on the mirror's surface. These marks are consistently arranged rather than randomly distributed, which subjects interpret as evidence of deliberate targeting. Partway through exposure, the mirror ceases to reflect the subject specifically, while continuing to reflect the surrounding room. This loss of reflection reliably precedes direct verbal contact.
Recruitment begins before any physical encounter, through external correspondence that supplies background on reasons for contact. This is a documented pre-contact phase unique to this entity among those reviewed. The process that follows breaks down into three consistent stages: recruitment, as above; psychological destabilization, achieved through the visual or audible phenomena; and transfer. The entity does not pursue or physically restrain. Containment is achieved entirely through environmental alteration and sever decline in subjects psyche.
Researcher Note: Transfer appears to be the subject swapping places with their mirrored reflection. This ‘mirrored’ location has not been documented past initial transfer. I believe it to be an area in the dimensional labyrinth.
